Music Monday w/ Gabriel John

Gabe first began working in the music industry during his college years. After college, Gabe moved to New York City where he spent a year training with the improvisational school, The Upright Citizen’s Brigade and made ends meet by playing music at night.

After a year of honing his craft, music took center-stage and Gabe moved to Portland Oregon where he decided to pursue full-time his music career. In 2018, Gabe released his first EP titled “Working” which was comprised of an eclectic group of original songs spiced with styles from country to classic soul.

At present, Gabe is working towards recording his first full-length album which is yet untitled. The album will feature his own blend of R&B originals. An accomplished musician, Gabe plays guitar, piano, bass, saxophone, mouth trumpet (it's a thing!) and sings like his soul means it!

Gabe adapts his performances to suit a variety of settings from large public events and festivals to more intimate settings...but in every case...he brings the love!
